We use 한진택배 (Hanjin Shipping) for shipping. All deliveries will be made to the front door (drop-off delivery).

*If the delivery cannot be completed due to unclear addresses, missing entryway passwords for shared buildings, recipient discrepancies or address errors, the package will be returned to the courier's warehouse in Korea. In such cases, the cost of reshipping will be the customer's responsibility. If your package is returned, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support center for instructions on reshipping.
Please note that if the package remains in the warehouse for a certain period, it will be discarded. In this case, refunds for the product will not be provided. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
Our site does not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for orders made at the customer's request.

Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Circumstances:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products that have been damaged or marked due to customer negligence
- Returns or exchanges due to discrepancies in expectations, such as not reading the product details
However, if any damage to included items or product defects is confirmed during the delivery process, please contact us with photos of the affected items within 7 days of receiving the product, ensuring that they are unused. If product damage or defects are verified, we will reship the same product within a week.
